The city is dotted with churches and mosques, catering for a variety of religions - Moslem, Greek orthodox, catholic etc. Some are modern, newly constructed buildings and others date back centuries. One church has Roman arches at the base of the brick where it has been built directly over Roman ruins. Layer upon layer of hisory.

Hi Colleen. Sorry, deleted my first post cause I forgot to check spelling and it was really bad! I have finally learned how easy it is to blog. I had to create a blog about assessment for my last uni paper. Not as exciting as your blog though! I hope you are having a great time.I will try to keep checking you blog now that I know what I am doing! See you when you are back next.
